Last updated June 29, 2026. hashi is a cannabis catalog and discovery tool. hashi does not sell cannabis, process cannabis orders, or replace the ID and medical-card checks performed by licensed dispensaries.

Terms of Use
Eligibility
hashi is for adults 21 or older, or adults 18 or older with valid medical cannabis patient status where they shop. By creating an account, you confirm that the birthday, eligibility status, and medical-card details you provide are accurate. hashi may suspend or close accounts that appear ineligible or fraudulent.
What hashi Provides
hashi curates public dispensary menu data, product details, lab and batch context, price estimates, shopping lists, profile settings, and links to third-party dispensary menus. Menu data changes often, so always confirm product availability, price, taxes, discounts, eligibility, and purchase limits with the dispensary.
No Sales or Medical Advice
hashi does not sell, deliver, broker, or fulfill cannabis products. hashi also does not provide medical, legal, safety, or dosing advice. Product descriptions, lab data, strain notes, and rankings are informational only.
Caregiver and Hashmaker Features
hashi may offer caregiver, hashmaker, reviewer, brand, or industry profile features for discovery, messaging, reviews, and professional networking. hashi does not approve caregiver status, confirm an official patient-caregiver relationship, verify compliance with state cultivation or possession rules, or authorize anyone to sell cannabis. Patients, caregivers, cultivators, hashmakers, brands, and facilities are responsible for their own licenses, authorizations, documentation, conduct, and legal compliance.
The Wash, Culture Calendar, and Event Listings
hashi may operate The Wash as a moderated community publishing and discovery surface for culture posts, posters, competition results, maker profiles, open calls, education, meetups, licensed retail events, brand events, and other community listings. Submission access may be limited to active hashi Hive members, verified industry accounts, or other approved contributors, and submitted content does not become public until hashi reviews and approves it. Event listings are for discovery and RSVP planning only. hashi does not operate events, verify that an event is lawful, authorize public consumption, sell tickets that include cannabis, or permit listings that advertise unlicensed cannabis sales, menus, prices, product availability, preorders, delivery, or vendor wares. Event organizers and attendees are responsible for following all federal, state, and local laws, venue rules, age restrictions, and consumption rules.
No Unlicensed Sales or Prohibited Commerce
Do not use hashi to advertise, arrange, solicit, broker, or complete unlicensed cannabis sales or transfers. This includes menus, price lists, product availability posts, preorder language, delivery offers, cash-only sales instructions, ticket bundles that include cannabis, or messages intended to evade licensed dispensary, caregiver, cultivation, testing, packaging, public-consumption, or age-verification rules. hashi may remove content, events, messages, links, profiles, or accounts that appear to violate these rules.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, using hashi only where lawful, and keeping profile information accurate. Do not use hashi to misrepresent your eligibility, harass others, interfere with the service, scrape the app at scale, or upload unlawful, misleading, or infringing content. Do not evade a suspension, timeout, account ban, handle ban, IP or network block, rate limit, or other safety control.
User Content and Handles
Handles, display names, bios, favorites, lists, comments, and other future profile content may be shown publicly if the feature says it is public. hashi may remove content or handles that are abusive, misleading, impersonating someone, infringing, spammy, or reserved for product operations. Account handles may be changed only once per year after setup. A normal handle change does not reserve the old handle. If you delete your account, hashi may retire handles associated with that account. If hashi bans an account for moderation reasons, hashi may also ban handles associated with that account so they cannot be reused.
Moderation, Enforcement, and Appeals
hashi may review, limit, hide, remove, quarantine, or reject content, profiles, messages, reviews, reports, events, submissions, handles, or accounts that appear to violate these Terms, threaten user safety, evade moderation, or create legal, security, spam, impersonation, harassment, fraud, or abuse risk. Enforcement may include warnings, strikes, timeouts, rate limits, session revocation, account suspension or closure, handle restrictions, and signup or access blocks from networks or devices tied to serious abuse. Service Changes
hashi is an alpha product and may change, limit, pause, or remove features, accounts, data sources, product categories, stores, or availability at any time. hashi is provided as-is, without guarantees that catalog data will be complete, current, or error free.
Privacy
Privacy Policy
Information hashi Collects
hashi collects account details such as email, handle, display name, password credentials, profile text, settings, handle history, and account status. During account setup, hashi collects birthday, eligibility basis, Terms and Privacy acceptance records, and, for medical eligibility, medical-card states and expiration dates. hashi may also collect optional address or ZIP details, location preferences, discount groups, favorites, catalog filters, device cookies, IP addresses, session metadata, device or browser security signals, usage events, The Wash submissions, posters, event RSVPs, caregiver or hashmaker profile details, direct messages, reports, evidence attachments, moderation records, appeal records, and support messages.
Information hashi Does Not Ask For
hashi does not ask for Social Security numbers, driver's license uploads, medical-card numbers, medical-card photos, diagnosis details, or cannabis order payment details. If hashi later needs more sensitive data for a new feature, the app should explain that collection before asking for it.
How hashi Uses Information
hashi uses information to create and secure accounts, remember preferences, show better nearby results, estimate discounts and after-tax prices, record legal eligibility attestations, improve the product, send requested authentication emails, respond to support, enforce Terms, investigate reports and appeals, apply rate limits, detect ban evasion, protect users, and protect the service from misuse.
Cookies and Analytics
hashi uses cookies and local storage for age-gate state, account sessions, visual preferences, location preferences, cart or shopping list state, release-note state, and similar product behavior. hashi may use privacy-conscious analytics and security signals to understand feature usage, errors, performance, product quality, abuse patterns, and account safety.
Sharing
hashi does not sell personal information. hashi may share data with service providers that help operate the product, including hosting, database, authentication, email, analytics, observability, security, and support tools. hashi may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. Public profile, review, event, RSVP, comment, or list features may be visible to other users when the feature says it is public.
Retention and Choices
hashi keeps account and attestation records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward when needed for security, fraud prevention, moderation, compliance, backup, legal, appeal, or dispute reasons. If you delete your account, hashi may retain limited handle history, retired-handle records, moderation records, abuse-prevention records, and audit logs when needed to prevent impersonation, ban evasion, fraud, harassment, or other misuse. You can update most profile preferences in account settings. For account deletion, appeal, or privacy requests, contact high@hashi.sh.
Security
hashi uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security. Use a strong password and contact hashi if you believe your account has been compromised.
Children
hashi is not intended for children or teens under 18. hashi does not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18.
Updates and Contact
